When contacting support with product issues, please make sure to send the following:
1. If you bought from PacSim Store, send Receipt/Invoice showing original purchase information. That information should contain purchase email address, transaction ID, etc.
2. If you bought our products from other shops, include the shops name and Receipt/Invoice and purchase email address
3. Include pictures of issues for us to swiftly resolve.
4. Your computer system specs and Sim platform (example: MSFS2020, MSFS2024, FSX, P3DV4, FSX:Steam Edition, etc).
